My order is not complete, what should I do?
If your order consists of multiple items, it is possible that they will be shipped separately, depending on available supplies and shipping warehouses. You will receive the rest of your order shortly.
If you have not received your order, please check the tracking link first.
If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, your mailman may have put your package in your mailbox or common parcel box.
If you still don’t have your order, contact your neighbor who may have picked up your package in your absence.
If, despite all this, you still do not have your package, please contact us and explain clearly what is wrong with your order, stating your order number and your order address.
